Equipment Introduction:
Feature 1: Up to 180 types of strip elements can be mounted. It can be equipped with a large number of strip elements,
making it an ideal machine for high-mix production. In addition, it is also possible to charge reels and tubes.
The tray unit can be mounted on any of the 4 feeding platforms. It can be used up to 38.1 mm (1.5 inches) in component height.
Feature 2: The number of robots can be selected, and the number of robots that can be selected for AIMEX II is 2~4.
We provide the machine with the optimal number of robots for the user's production capacity. The illustration on the right shows a machine consisting of three robots.
Feature 3: NPI support function is used to support prototypes and high-mix, low-volume production.
Component data can be created automatically on the machine. When creating a production program,
the most time-consuming component data can be automatically created, so it is possible to quickly respond to image processing errors
that occur on the first article when starting a prototype line or when changing production varieties.
Feature 4: Dual-track independent production is used to correspond to dual-track production of different types of circuit boards.
At this point, even if one track is in production, the other track can be changed individually.
In addition, if the trolley is changed at the same time with the feeder, the changeover time can be reduced.
